Debug Mode Question

Hi,

My HA instance has been very unstable lately and when I look at my dsebug logs for bermuda my system is getting hammered more than every 1 second:

I disabled the integration and still had issues so I am not saying this is causing my issues but is therre a way to ease it up or is this normal behaviour?
