Bermuda gets proxy names incorrect, requiring multiple HA reboots to fix.

## Configuration

Bermuda 8.5 (and prior, fwiw)
Core 8.1 (and prior)

## Describe the bug

Bluetooth Proxy names are inaccurate requiring multiple HA restarts (reloading integration does not fix) until they are properly named.

I track beacon distance to a proxy server. When that proxy server is not named properly, the entity is "no longer supplied by Bermuda"

In these examples. You can see the progression thru multiple reboots. I usually have to reboot 5-8 times for it to finally find the correct proxy name.
