Chapter 3 - Adjust Figure 3-6 caption to TPR against FPR

On chapter 3, the caption on Figure 3-6 says:

> This ROC curve plots **the false positive rate** against the **true positive rate**

meaning **the false positive rate** would be on the **y-axis** and the **true positive rate** would be on the **x-axis**.

I guess it should be the other way around, as stated in the beginning of the section:

> **true positive rate** against **false positive rate**
