refactor(skill): update the agentscope skill for agentscope 2.0

**Background**

As AgentScope evolves to 2.0, the existing skill implementations need to be updated to align with the new architecture, APIs, and conventions introduced in this major version. Without this update, skills may be incompatible or behave unexpectedly in AgentScope 2.0-based applications.

**Changes**
- Update existing AgentScope skills to be fully compatible with the AgentScope 2.0 interface and conventions
- Fix any breaking changes introduced by the 2.0 migration that affect skill behavior or integration

Start by reviewing the AgentScope 2.0 skill interface/contracts and comparing them with the existing skill implementations. Then inspect each skill module touched by the current system and map required changes for API signature and behavior compatibility. After refactoring, run the project’s skill-related tests or integration checks to confirm nothing regresses, and consider the issue done only when skills behave correctly under the 2.0 conventions.
