**Describe the bug**

tool_choice在传递structure model时，在很多模型上都会出现不支持的报错

No file or test is identified in the report. Start by reproducing the tool_choice failure when passing a structured model, comparing behavior across the affected models. Done means the unsupported errors are characterized and the supported behavior is verified across the relevant model cases.
