**Describe the bug**
agent workspce路径没有区分user
页面提示默认路径是：~/.agentscope/builder/workspace/users//agents/
实际创建的路径是：JVM 当前目录/.agentscope/-workspace
**To Reproduce**
1.访问管理页面 如http://loacalhost:8080
2.点击new agent
3.保持workspace path为空，点击create agent
