why SkillBox class autoUploadSkill default value is true?

not use skill exection, autouploadSkill should be false.

The figure below:

use isAutoUploadSkill() and uploadSkillFiles() instead of isCodeExecutionEnabled() and writeSkillScriptsToWorkDir().
Semantics is not suitable
