[Bug]: Agent的工作目录

## QwenPaw Version
win10,2.2.1，desktop
我明明已经设置了默认Agent的工作目录D:\Program Files\QwenPawData\workspaces\default，但为什么新建任务的主工作目录还是我以前设置旧的D:\Program Files.
我把会话的工作目录设置成D:\Program Files\QwenPawData\workspaces\default，并删除了D:\Program Files，退出去它又变回D:\Program Files。

还有到底在哪里选择文件夹是基于文件夹的项目会话？没有提示，小白表示很难理解啊。不像codex直接有一个文件夹下的对话，一目了然，知道这是基于项目文件夹的所产生的会话。
QwenPaw又智能体工作区（工具调用与命令默认在主工作目录中执行。）
又「主工作目录」。
一看很高深，不明白是什么意思。希望搞简单点，一目了然的形式。

设置界面的也是显示D:\Program Files\QwenPawData\workspaces\default

但会话界面还是D:\Program Files

Reproduce by setting the default Agent/workspace directory in the desktop settings, restarting, and creating a new task to confirm which path is actually used. No file or test names are provided in the report, so start from the settings persistence path and the task/session creation flow that resolves the working directory. Check for any fallback/override logic that rewrites the saved path. Done when both the settings UI and the task session consistently show and use D:\Program Files\QwenPawData\workspaces\default without reverting.
