[Feature]: QwenPaw 当前缺少与 AgentScope社区 的联动，希望增加 社区登录，信箱，快速反馈等社区功能

## Summary

增加登录 和 社区反馈功能，可以把QwenPaw 本地关联上 AgentScope 社区，可以快速看到 社区里的讨论，Bug反馈。以及使用 QwenPaw 本身的 Agent 能力，进一步细化 反馈报告 的内容。

## Problem / Motivation

我写了多个插件，和 向多个插件作者反馈了Bug。如果我不专门打开 AgentScope 社区论坛，我就没法看到别人的Bug反馈，也看不到其他插件作者的回复。

## Proposed Solution

虽然不经常打开 AgentScope 社区网站，但我经常使用 QwenPaw 干活，我希望增加登录功能，把社区连入本地的QwenPaw UI 。

增加登录 和 社区反馈功能，可以把QwenPaw 本地关联上 AgentScope 社区，可以快速看到 社区里的讨论，Bug反馈。以及使用 QwenPaw 本身的 Agent 能力，进一步细化 反馈报告 的内容。

额外，社区是否可以增加一个 modelscope 网站那样，增加一个自动译文功能，便于不同语言的人使用和反馈。

This issue is scoped to the Console (frontend web UI), so begin by finding where user actions, login/session state, and settings/feedback UI are handled. Then trace how the frontend calls backend APIs for external integrations to identify where AgentScope endpoints and auth flow would be wired. No files or tests are named, so review adjacent console modules and the project’s normal frontend test/build path to validate. Done is a usable in-app path for AgentScope login plus community feedback/inbox access.
