[Bug]: deepseek-v4-pro对话过程中出现与qwenpaw调用工具混合的问题

在windows11系统中使用桌面版qwenpaw2.1.0，模型使用deepseek-v4-pro对话过程中，出现与qwenpaw调用工具混合的问题，其他AI angent工具没有遇到这个情况，麻烦看下，好多模型也是如此，这种模型回答与qwenpaw自身工具调用混用的情况貌似是大模型回答过程中的某个字符越界导致与qwenpaw聊天和工具调用混用了

Reproduce the issue on Windows 11 with QwenPaw desktop 2.1.0 and deepseek-v4-pro, then compare conversations where model responses and QwenPaw tool calls become mixed. Trace the boundary between streamed model output and tool invocation for the other affected models. Done means normal responses and tool calls remain separated during conversation.
