[Bug]: 关闭工具信息和思考过程显示后，钉钉渠道仍发送空消息并触发未读提醒

## 问题描述

在 QwenPaw 的渠道配置中关闭以下选项后：

- 显示工具调用信息
- 显示工具结果信息
- 显示思考过程

钉钉渠道仍会收到一条没有正文内容的空消息。该消息在聊天窗口中表现为一条空白/分隔线消息，并且会触发钉钉的未读消息提醒。

## 复现步骤

1. 配置并启用钉钉渠道。
2. 在渠道设置中关闭“显示工具调用信息”“显示工具结果信息”“显示思考过程”。
3. 发送一个会触发工具调用的请求，例如读取文档或调用外部工具。
4. 观察钉钉聊天窗口。

## 实际结果

钉钉中会出现一条空消息，且产生未读消息提醒。

## 期望结果

当工具调用信息、工具结果信息和思考过程均被关闭时，不应向钉钉发送没有可见正文的消息，也不应产生空消息对应的未读提醒。

Reproduce with the DingTalk channel enabled and the three display options for tool calls, tool results, and thinking turned off, then trigger a request that uses a tool. Read the DingTalk channel send path and the configuration handling for those options. Done means no empty DingTalk message or unread reminder is sent when there is no visible body, while normal visible messages still send.
