## AI要求审批时加入对于审批项目的描述

当前 2.0 b2 版本中，AI 执行需要权限的任务时会提交权限审批，但用户查看这些权限非常不直观，需要查看申请的 PowerShell 代码才能明白。

建议让 AI 在提交审批时，用一句话简短描述该审批的用途。这样用户在审查时，只需看一眼描述，就能简单判断是否通过。

## Problem / Motivation

解决了每次审批时需要仔细看审批内容才能知道是通过还是不通过的问题。现在可以瞅一眼简短的描述就知道这个审批要干什么。

## Proposed Solution

实现方法比较简单，只需要在审批工具中加入一段描述的必选字段，然后在 prompt 提示中要求 AI 在提交审批的时候同时填入这个审批描述的字段就可以了。

Locate the approval tool and the prompt that instructs the AI to request permission, then trace how approval details are rendered in the Console. Confirm how the new required description travels from the request to the review screen. Done means approval requests include a concise purpose description and users can see it when reviewing them.
