[Feature]: 增加统一且专业的qwenapw专用清理页面

## Summary

agent在运行使用过程，特别是自动记忆，以及各种工具调用，会产生大量数据，日积月累会越来越臃肿，占用存储空间。qwenpaw目前对于空间占用似乎没有很好的处理，如连删除会话都无法选择删除对应工作区目录。
自动记忆累积的过期记忆，产生的各种无关紧要的文件，agent协作产生的各种混乱大量的数据，自动备份的，存储的历史对话内容。在长期使用后qwenapw会混乱不堪加大的空间占用，自己处理又麻烦且可能误删。是否考虑增加清理专用页面，用户可选择手动统一清理自己不需要的数据，并且可以陪着一些自动化的自动清理功能。

且全局化，而不是单个agent的管理

还有希望收件箱也增加一键清空和自动归档和清理的功能。目前使用时间长后清理一次只能5个5个的删除

## Problem / Motivation

解决了长期使用导致的存储空间膨胀，保持agent轻量化，且哪怕不需要agent删除后，依旧残留的问题。

## Proposed Solution

增加一个页面，可全局扫描一些过期的，残留的垃圾数据文件，可手动清理未被使用的agent目录，工作区目录，agent会话，特别是大量子agent调用产生的大量垃圾会话。以及收件箱大量的堆积消息。且最好支持自动化任务，定期清理一些东西。

The issue identifies the Console frontend web UI and inbox as affected areas, but names no files, tests, or entry points.
