在源码启动TUI一直处于warming

源码 uv pip install -e .后执行qwenpaw TUI页面一直处于warming状态，日志显示无明显错误

Reproduce the issue with `uv pip install -e .` followed by `qwenpaw TUI`, then inspect the startup logs and the TUI entry point for the transition out of `warming`. Determine why the source installation remains there despite no obvious log error, and verify that a normal startup completes before documenting the result.
