在实际使用过程中发现，同时存在多个智能体时，设定好的领导者智能体难以主动触发调用其他智能体的能力，几乎每次得特意说明：“调用XX智能体”时，才会调用其他智能体。

请问有什么方法可以让我的领导者更加熟练的使用智能体交流的能力呢？
