[Feature]: Web 控制台聊天页收到微信频道新消息自动刷新

### 问题描述

Web 控制台（http://127.0.0.1:8088/）聊天页面中，当通过渠道微信有新消息到达时，页面不会自动刷新显示新内容。
其他的频道我这里不大用到，希望你们内部全面测试一下。

消息实际上已经成功接收（切换到"收件箱"再切回"聊天"就能看到），但页面缺乏实时推送或轮询机制，导致用户需要手动操作才能看到最新消息。

### 复现步骤

1. 在 Web 控制台聊天页面与 Agent 对话
2. 通过渠道微信窗口发送一条新消息，我发送了“现在什么时间？”
3. 看 Web 控制台 → 页面仍显示旧内容，新消息未出现
4. 点击侧边栏切换到"收件箱"，再切回"聊天" → 新消息显示出来了
消息肯定是已经收到了，就是没显示出来，我这个操作不算切换页面，看看到底什么问题。

### 期望行为

收到新消息时，聊天页面应自动刷新显示最新内容，无需用户手动操作。这是聊天类产品的基本功能。
