Consider how to support equivalent of SQL RETURNING

@3noch asked how to use the ProjectM36.Client module to identify how many tuples were changed due to an update expression. There is currently no API for this, but perhaps it could be expanded to a new update expression function which takes a secondary argument to specify what additional information (as a relation) to return after the update.
