**Description:** Create the foundational meta-agent class that will serve as the parent for all specialized meta-agents (Product, Software, Project). This class should support dynamic agent spawning, resource injection, and self-modification capabilities.
**Acceptance Criteria:**
- [ ] Base meta-agent class with abstract methods for spawning logic
- [ ] Support for dynamic prompt template injection
- [ ] Interface for tool binding at runtime
- [ ] Basic self-analysis capabilities for task complexity assessment
- [ ] Unit tests
