[docs/api-style-guide.md](https://github.com/agent-substrate/substrate/blob/main/docs/api-style-guide.md#35-delete) §3.5 and §7 require every DeleteRequest to carry a shared DeleteOptions options = 2 field holding optional version and uid preconditions. The DeleteOptions message does not exist in pkg/proto/ateapipb/ateapi.proto, and none of the three Delete requests carry it.
