Substrate Installation errors and messages are cutoff

### What happened?

Substrate installation errors and messages are cut off on the UI, making it difficult to troubleshoot.

### Expected Behavior

The message/error is fully visible

### Steps to Reproduce

1. setup GCP project without proper APIs enabled (e.g. Service Usage API)
2. Follow Substrate install steps here: https://github.com/ai-on-gke/substrate-gke/blob/main/README.md#quickstart
3. Error should appear on 'Provision GCP Resources' step of install
