## Description
Add a command-line interface that allows users to input 2 numbers and get a result.

## Requirements
- Prompt user for first number
- Prompt user for second number
- Prompt user for operation (+, -, *, /)
- Display the result

## Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] User can enter two numbers
- [ ] User can select an operation
- [ ] Result is displayed to user
