Description
At least in version 5.1.0 the focus trap's `wrapTabFocus` [is problematic](https://github.com/material-components/material-components-web/blob/63f357dbf5c7e84c3961aafc09e0fb4f4a9c3cda/packages/mdc-dom/focus-trap.ts#L99-L100).
We currently have back-ported the old focus trap, but we would like to resolve this upstream.
