Cannot close the node when if filtered from the search

Start by reproducing the bug in the app: apply a search filter, then try closing a node. Locate where filtered search results are rendered and where node close actions are handled in the desktop UI, then follow the state flow to see why close is disabled or ignored during filtered mode. Read the surrounding code first, then run the project’s UI/test command to verify nodes can be closed while filtered and that behavior stays correct after clearing search.
