Use tooltips to communicate keyboard shortcuts

Probably track if they've been shown or not to indicate if they should be shown again

Find the UI component(s) that display keyboard shortcut hints and the tooltip logic in the TypeScript frontend. Confirm how user state is currently tracked (e.g., local state, context, or persistence) and add tracking so tooltips can be suppressed after being shown. If tests exist, run the frontend test suite; otherwise verify behavior by running the app and checking shortcut tooltips appear only for first-time or reset users.
