Option to add buffer space at top of Home feed

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Is it possible to add a toggle into Settings, to enable a buffer space at the top of the Home feed, so that posts are shifted down, and therefore easier to press and swipe? When trying to swipe and hide the top post, I've fumbled my phone a few times.
