Account Options

I can't add/change an email, update my password, or manage other account features in app

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would love to be able to manage my account from the mobile/pwa app

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Open the actual instance and login to manage account options

**Additional context**
Forgot my password, no email associated with the account, but logged into app, so only way to rescue it is if these features are added
