Add custom emoji picker

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When I wish to add an instances custom emojis to a post, I end up writing the comment in app, then having to go to the web browser find my comment and add in the custom emojis.

I would like to be able to insert my instances custom emojis.
