Feature Request: Add filter to extended forecast by wind speed

Feature Request:

Add a filter to the extended forecast menu that could enable only seeing days/hours where wind speed are within certain limits.

Basically if max sustained wind greater than X filter out. If gust speed greater than Y filter out. Also added a checkbox to exclude nighttime hours. The idea here is getting to something that can quickly show me decent flying times from a wind perspective.
