Two stale band_bend references survive on main after #176

Found during #178's review cycle: `crates/render/src/band.rs:1102` and `:2049` still reference `band_bend`, which #176 deleted. Both lines are #176's own text on main (7ef59a3), not the OSV branch's. Doc-comment truth fix only; no behavior involved.
