Descripción
Currently the code uses OpenCV for matrix operations, and all this operations are encapsulated in `cpp_ml::math::matrix` namespace.
This issue is open for propose and disscuss libraries to replace OpenCV (ideally with only the needed to apply basic matrix operations).
