Description
**Describe the bug**
On this repack(maybe elsewhere too), after trying to learn spells, in 2 or 3 tries, it breaks and says "failed to learn Spell 7369(different for each spell) (Reason 2)" and doesn't let to learn them further. Confirmed to work on relog, but need to be done each time to learn next spell level. Here's a break of hermes logs somewhere there:
