Changing the number of randoms on grid in settings doesn't update on returning to the app

**Describe the bug**
Have app running; navigate to grid; leave app running, and change number of randoms in the settings for the app; switch back to app; title has changed, but grid doesn't reload.

**Expected behavior**
Title reloads _and_ grid reloads with new number
