Items piling on top of each other ?

Sometimes when adding a condition or operation the whole thing just jumbles up into a pile and relocates to the top left corner of my screen. It goes back to normal once I delete the item from the equation.

If you could let me know what you think is causing this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
