Neither operation or parallel can point to condition

Here is my script that the parallel/operation refuses to point to a condition (rule to eval)
```
rule=>parallel: Write Rules
eval=>condition: Evaluate
baderr=>operation: Analyze Errors
study=>operation: Study the problem
aunch=>operation: Launch

eval(yes, top)->launch
eval(no, bottom)->baderr->study->rule
rule->eval
```
