Description
Looks, like if `paper-select`'s trigger container has `width: 100%` and if there is a lot of space on top, `dropdown-menu` doesn't inherit width from the trigger. However, when it's not possible to open dropdown in the position of selected item, it scrolls and inherits a width from the trigger. Maybe, related to #624.
