paper-input: When the password field on an unfocused page gets auto-filled by Chrome, the label is off.

I intermittently see the input label being off on my page. Every other page refresh or so it looks like this and then animates into position. It's perfectly reproducible when auto field fill-in happens and the browser isn't in focus at all. Once the page comes into focus, the label moves to its target position.
