Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
my sandbox environments go down into hibernation daily, and once I get to development, I need to start the first, eating away 10 minutes every day.
I would like to send the de-hibernation signals once i open my laptop in the morning - through a script using the aio cloudmanager plugin.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like to be able to dehibernate my sandbox environments in a script using the aio cloudmanger plugin.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I need to log into cloudmanager each day, choose the right profile and to to the environment, press the dehibernation button and wait forever.
I have tried to use the Call using from the CM-UI, but I did not get a positive response:

Research direction

Start by reviewing the aio cloudmanager plugin entry points and the Cloud Manager dehibernation request shown in the issue. Compare that request with the plugin's available commands and Cloud Manager API behavior. Done means a script can reliably dehibernate the selected sandbox environments without using the Cloud Manager UI.
