OpenWhisk startup timed out

**Describe the bug**
I'm not able to run OpenWhisk locall due to some timeout issue. Removing .jar file and restarting Docker does not help

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Beginne damit, `aio app:run --local --verbose` in der gemeldeten Mac-Umgebung zu reproduzieren, und untersuche den lokalen OpenWhisk-Startpfad rund um die Standalone-JAR und die Docker-Prüfungen. Verfolge, warum der Start das 60000ms-Timeout überschreitet; abgeschlossen ist die Aufgabe, wenn der lokale OpenWhisk-Stack erfolgreich startet, ohne die JAR zu entfernen oder Docker neu zu starten.
