In French, the interpunct character is used for gender-neutral language, "Langage inclusif". It seems that the kerning, at least with the following example, is not working with this use case, e.g. with "exceptionnel·le·s".
In addition, it appears that the kerning with the "Source Serif Pro ExtraLight" style is different from the others.
