Adjust characters with the 史 component slightly to improve and match JP proportions

This is a minor adjustment, but I think attention should be given to 駛 for which the throw stroke looks a bit unbalanced.

Please adjust these characters: 鉂 (U+9242, CN), 㳏 (U+3CCF), 駛 (U+99DB, CN) and 驶 (U+9A76, heavy weight only)
In such a way the beginning of the throw stroke (捺) don't really touch the box part and/or starts a bit too high.

Particularly for 駛 (U+99DB, CN only), the last throw stroke seemingly touches the box part and will need adjustment. I know there's an extra axe stroke for JP, but basically just adjust the CN glyphs to give some breathing room and match JP proportions for the corresponding glyph and also match these two characters 吏 and 使.

Also adjust 㤦 (U+3926), the beginning of the throw stroke is a bit off compared to the rest of the components with the 吏 component.
