*Originally in #313 , but require immediate attention and thus separated to a new issue.*

8 characters in 通用规范汉字表 require immediate attention: `晱瀱炣煟玤簝胣荁`

Another 2 are in GB/T 12345: `腖烴`

Reverting to v1 JP should fix it.
