Description

This is a CN glyph which is used for all regions, but the heavy weight doesn't look good on the top 戔 component with the strokes (especially the ㇂ strokes) looking slightly thinner than the bottom 皿 component. I know that horizontal strokes have to be made shorter on denser strokes for optical reasons, but I think it's a bit too thin. I suggest that the 戔 component could just widen the ㇂ strokes a bit.

The Kozuka Gothic glyph looks better though, so alternatively, as mentioned in [my previous issue](https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-han-sans/issues/425), I think it should be replaced with an unreleased JP glyph which I believe is much closer to Kozuka Gothic.

I know there are [design issues with CN glyphs](https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-han-sans/issues/424), but I'll take it one at a time.
