Mô tả

I know a release is right around the corner, but something just clicked.

With regards to the [Taiwan/Traditional Chinese](https://github.com/notofonts/noto-cjk/issues/200) [controversy](https://github.com/notofonts/noto-cjk/issues/222), it’s a common assumption that TC always mean Traditional Chinese. [But as reported by some people](https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-han-sans/issues/436), this naming is unfairly skewed towards Taiwan MOE forms which historically did not represent all of the Traditional Chinese usage (whether in or outside of Taiwan), but unfortunately, as computers and smartphones became commonplace in the past decade, the Taiwan MOE forms became the norm for all of Traditional Chinese.

So may I suggest a three-letter locale suffix for the full CJK font, at least for the Traditional Chinese regions? I know this can probably break naming conventions for multi-locale Chinese fonts, so this suggestion may not be accepted.

Current full OTF naming | Proposed full OTF naming
-- | --
TC _(Traditional Chinese - Taiwan)_ | **TWC** _(An abbreviation of **T**ai**W**an **C**hinese)_
HC _(Traditional Chinese - Hong Kong)_ | **HKC** _(An abbreviation of **H**ong **K**ong **C**hinese)_
_N/A_ | **MOC** _(A possible naming for Traditional Chinese - Macao, for which the abbreviation stands for **M**aca**O** **C**hinese)_

Subsets can probably remain as two letters (like CN, TW, HK and MO).
