Remap some 勺 components in KR to CN forms (out-of-scope)

Description
The following out-of-scope KR characters can be safely remapped to CN for better consistency (in green): 扚趵玓圴靮魡
Do not remap these characters because they will lose the traditional print forms (in red): 礿瘹喲
In Serif, 虳 (in yellow) is unsuitable for KR, and it is not an Adobe-Japan1 character so it should have been removed in v2, but for some reason it stayed. Remap that character to CN for KR only (not JP) for now.
