Description

In [this issue](https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-code-pro/issues/137), it was mentioned that the brackets/braces/parens of Source Code Pro are designed to align with lowercase letters.

While lowercase brackets might have slightly better aesthetics, IMO the most important metric to optimize brackets for is readability, especially within dense chunks of code. Taller brackets are better for this, because they stand out. For this reason, I prefer the brackets of other programming fonts (for example, Fira Code and Jetbrains Mono).

Is it possible to stretch the lowercase brackets to increase their vertical height? Or is their height already maximized? Even squeezing out an extra 1-2 pixels of verticality would improve readability, IMO.
