The report provides no source file, test, or entry point. Start by reproducing the connection from the Android VNC viewer on the Eris to the listed TightVNC servers, comparing the working Toshiba connection with the computers where the handshake never completes. Done means identifying the cause and verifying that switching computers by IP address succeeds.
