determine component functionality & inputs and outputs

### We don't have a central architecture diagram.

And that's fine. Kind of. Instead, I need all of **you** to report what your **inputs** and **outputs** are for your component. The questions you should ask yourself are:

- What input(s) does my component need to work? Is it another component?
- What output(s) does my component create?

Additionally, we haven't setup any sort of requirement tracking. Track your dependencies by including a `requirements.txt` file or by documenting your requirements in your issue.

### Your deliverable

Create a new issue `Issues -> Create a new issue`. Title your issue the title of **your component with its intended functionality. What does it do? In the description, write your inputs and outputs. Does your component require Kyungchans component, or does it need a specific type of data? Do not be afraid to assign contributors so that person knows that you are reliant on them.
