Please add support for ARM platform

I suggest replacing google-chrome-stable with chromium in the Dockerfile. This change could help with cross-platform support, since google-chrome-stable is only available on the AMD64 platform.

From my testing, it looks like chromium can be used as a drop-in replacement without any negative side effects.

Inspect the Dockerfile entry that installs google-chrome-stable and verify the proposed Chromium replacement is available for the ARM target. Build and run the image on ARM to confirm the existing ingestion and parsing behavior remains unaffected; done means the image works successfully on the ARM platform.
