[Analysis] Message streaming

Adding an “Sequence” column to the database.

Unordered messages:
The column will take the value NULL

Ordered messages:
The column will take increasing integer values for the stream.

There will be two processes on the inbox side, one for unordered messages and one for ordered messages.

Adding the Stream method to the IOutbox interface.
