[angular-localStorage-todos] Grunt serve failed

my environment is :
Mac OS X ,Yeoman 1.2.0、Bower 1.3.7 and grunt-cli 0.1.13 , when I run "grunt serve" after "npm install" and "bower install" command,terminal output "
angular-ui was not injected in your file.
Please go take a look in "app/bower_components/angular-ui" for the file you need, then manually include it in your file." this error info.
Can someone help me ?
